Yes Viktoria Kay has been training hard and following a good nutritional plan and has gotten leaner and in better shape. Most the recent videos of her we’ve uploaded on this channel are from March. This video is from early May. Some people have criticized her saying she’s out of shape and not a fitness model but I’d bet 90% of those critics couldn’t even keep up with her now. Try this workout.
