Squats can be a great exercise to get a bigger butt when done correctly. Many people are doing them wrong that’s why they’re not seeing results. Its important you sit your butt back, knees don’t come forward past the toes, and your stance isn’t too wide.

  1. Thanks for breaking down the booty squat! Please fix this girl’s posture, she is arching her back way too much (it gets better as the video progresses). This could be an amazing next video as many women arch their back too much which leads to poor workout results

    1. backfromvancouv yeah I agree with you. She’s arching her back a lot during the beginning. That’s definitely something you never want to do when doing squats
