4 packets of gelatin
1 scoop of BCAA
1/2 cup of warm water
Optional: Add 1 tbsp of zero-calorie sweeteners
1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan until dissolved and then heat on low/medium heat.
2. Simmer about 5 minutes stirring occasionally so the mixture doesn’t burn or stick to the bottom.
3. After 5 minutes or when the mixture thickens, pour into gummy bear mold.
4. Place the mold into the refrigerator for approximately 3 hours or in the freezer for around 30 minutes.
Pop these goodies out of the molds after they have solidified and enjoy!
